The Agence Monégasque de Sécurité Numérique (AMSN), Monaco’s national authority responsible for information systems security and for supervising Prestataires de Service de Confiance (PSCo) Trusted Service Providers has announced the awarding of the “Prestataire de Service de Confiance” qualification to Infotel Monaco SAM for its SaaS electronic archiving solution, Arclib.io.

The achievement of the PSCo qualification demonstrates compliance with the highest standards for security, authenticity, confidentiality, and integrity of digital archives, in line with Monaco’s current regulatory framework.
As a Tiers Archiveur, Infotel Monaco SAM provides a solution whose legal value is equivalent to that of physical documents, ensuring their long-term preservation and the traceability of all archiving operations.
The PSCo qualification was officially granted on September 17, 2025, by Frédéric FAUTRIER, Director of the AMSN, to Fabrice VERDIER, Director of Infotel Monaco SAM. This recognition forms a key part of the national strategy for digital trust and the protection of sensitive data.
Through this certification, Infotel Monaco SAM reaffirms its commitment to supporting Monaco-based organizations in ensuring the security, compliance, and optimization of their digital assets contributing to both the sustainability and trust of the principality’s digital ecosystem.
