Monégasque Trusted Service Provider
In accordance with Article 6(b) of Sovereign Ordinance No. 8.504 of 18 February 2021 implementing Article 24 of Law No. 1.435 of 8 November 2016 on combating technological crime, the Director of the Monegasque Agency for Digital Security (AMSN) is responsible, among other duties, for the qualification of Trusted Service Providers and Trusted Services (PSCo).
Accordingly, and following the evaluation report based on the standards set out in the Principality’s General Security Framework, submitted by the conformity assessment body accredited by COFRAC, providers can apply for and obtain qualification as a Trusted Service Provider. This process is currently underway for the Arclib service with the AMSN.

Electronic Identification, Authentication, and Trust Services
eIDAS (Electronic Identification, Authentication, and Trust Services) is a European Union regulation on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions within the EU.
eIDAS oversees and regulates electronic identification, electronic signatures, and electronic transactions within the EU, providing a secure method for online transactions that protects both the signer and the recipient and ensures a higher level of trust and security. Instead of relying on traditional methods such as postal mail, fax, email, or in-person delivery of paper documents, parties can now conduct transactions remotely even across international borders.

ISO 27001
Arclib is ISO 27001 Certified
ISO/IEC 27001 is an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS) developed by ISO and IEC.
First published in October 2005 and last revised in 2022, its full title is “Information technology Security techniques Information security management systems Requirements.”
Part of the ISO/IEC 27000 family, the standard can certify all types of organizations businesses, NGOs, and government entities and defines the requirements for implementing an effective information security management system.
The standard outlines security measures within a defined scope to ensure the protection of organizational assets. Its goal is to safeguard functions and information against loss, theft, or alteration, and to protect IT systems from intrusions or cyber incidents, thereby building stakeholder trust.
ISO 27001 specifies that security measures must be appropriate and proportionate to the risks involved not too lax, nor excessively strict. Arclib’s compliance with ISO 27001 has been verified through a formal certification audit.
